Mental health training and psychosocial safety consulting for not-for-profits and multicultural workplaces along with confidential counselling support for individuals and families navigating stress, burnout and belonging.
I’m Vinay Nair, a counsellor and workplace mental health consultant with over six years of experience supporting culturally diverse employees. I combine professional expertise with lived experience to address the unique mental health challenges faced by migrant and culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities at work. My work is about real change, creating workplaces and communities where everyone can feel safe and respected. Other than English, I can also communicate in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.

Whether you’re seeking counselling, support for a loved one, or guidance for a team or community group, let’s connect. We’ll explore your story, needs and goals together.
Together we co-design counselling, workshops or cultural safety programs that fit your context—at home, in community, in education settings or at work. Support is evidence‑informed and responds to culture, language and lived experience.
Sessions and programs are available online or in person—one‑on‑one, with families, in groups, or with whole teams. Choose what works best for you: clinic, onsite, community venue, or walk‑and‑talk.
This work helps individuals, families, community leaders and organisations build safer relationships, reduce stigma and create environments where every identity feels respected and heard.
